SHINGLE TOMB offers customizable products made specifically for marketing your business. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost after reviewing your claim.
Cancellations and Changes:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours, as production begins shortly thereafter.
Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds for products made according to your specifications that are free of defects.
